Stanley Charles Bryant, 68 of Bemidji died Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Neilson Place in Bemidji.
Memorial Services will be 11:00 am Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji with Father Craig Vasek officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Military honors will be by the VFW of Bemidji.
He was born September 17, 1944 in Cass Lake, MN the son of Samuel and Leona (Carpenter) Bryant.Stanley had many interests. Outdoor activities ranged from riding his motorcycle to hunting partridges, waterfowl, and fishing. He was also an avid reader of any thing that interested him. He enjoyed telling jokes and funny stories. In high school he did an impersonation of Elvis Presley for the entire school assembly. Stan was a six year veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a long time employee and retiree of Potlatch Corporation. Thank you to the caring staff at Neilson Place and Sanford Hospice.
He is survived by his daughter Angela Bryant of Puposky; brother, Gerald (Jacqueline) Bryant; sisters Elaine (Ron) Banasik, Bernadell (Roger) Olson, Deanna Knutson; four nieces and four nephews; long time friend Tammy Morey, and many other friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Leona Bryant; ex-wives, Bonnie Raymond Bryant and Elaine Carpenter Bryant.
Stanley married Bonnie Lee RAYMOND, daughter of Albert Garfield RAYMOND and Dorothy Elizabeth CRAWFORD, on 18 Dec 1976 in Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA. (Bonnie Lee RAYMOND was born on 11 Jan 1953 in Beltrami County, Minnesota, USA and died on 17 Mar 2011 1.)
