PONTIAC - Glenda A. Belter, 52, Pontiac, died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday (March 6, 2010) at home with her family in Pontiac.

Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Duffy Funeral Home, Pontiac, with the Rev. Mary Kay Henson officiating. Burial will be at Esmen Camp Cemetery, rural Pontiac. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Community Cancer Center, 407 E. Vernon Ave., Normal, IL.

She was born July 11, 1957, in Pontiac. Her father is Richard Ryerson. Her mother and stepfather are James and Diane Turner Tucker. Her mother survives.

She married William Belter on April 24, 1982, in Pontiac. He survives in Pontiac.

She is also survived by her son, Joshua (Jessica) Belter, Pontiac; two daughters, Jennifer (Benjamin) Kindermann, Cornell, and Lindsay Belter (Rusty Collins), Phoenix, Arizona; brothers, Ronald (Dawn) Tucker, Orland Hills, and Robert Tucker, Canton; sister, Brenda (Kevin) Cook, Pontiac; half sisters, Pam Raasch, Wisconsin, and Jean Ryerson, Missouri and four grandchildren, Kylie and Kalynne Kindermann, Seth Thacker and Harley Belter.

She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather and one infant daughter, Shelley Ryerson.

Glenda enjoyed playing euchre and was involved with pool leagues. She greatly enjoyed sunshine and going for Harley rides with her husband. She always stood by her family's choices whether right, wrong or indifferent. Her greatest love was her family; they meant everything to her.

She had been employed with Mitsubishi Motors. She attended Reavis High School in Burbank, class of 1974.
