The other moiety I give to my sister Jane Fernley, in consideration of her keeping my house since the death of my wife. She to live in my house called "Patts" for life. Said William Clotterbuck to be sole executor and I give him all my estate to divide between himself and my sister Fernley. Executor to give rings to my cousin Thomas and cousin John Pope, of Cam, with their wives. My cousin Richard Pope and his wife at London, and my funeral ring to my sister Abigail.
