Eight hundred acres of marsh Land, lying and being in the County of New
Kent, Bounded as followeth. Beginning at a point of wood at the lower
End of the said Land running westerly 500 poles by the high Land of
Nicholas Gibson to a little creek, then northerly down the creed to the
River, then on the north and east side with the said River to the place
Where it began. The said Land being due unto the said Nicholas -
Gibson by and for the Transportaion of sixteen persons To Have
Ye dated the 13th of August 1658. -------
